Your order serves as your consent to allow us to create your keepsake using your written instructions and also using our best judgment within your order selection. Each order is handmade from the customer's original flowers. All extra flowers are kept and stored at our place of business.

We will do our best to match the specific color ordered, but all colors are custom made and can vary in shades based on your selection. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the order is correct including style, color and size before sending your order. All orders are subject to a 7.5% sales tax. Sales tax will change based on tax laws for Delaware County, Ohio.

All orders will be shipped via regular USPS mail. Should there be any changes made to your shipping address or contact information, it is your responsibility to notify us. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. We will not start your order until payment is received. There will be a $25 returned check fee and all orders will be held until payment is received for the order and the returned check. All prices are subject to change.
